Dec 7 (Reuters) - Turcas Petrol As  TRCAS.IS : 
    * 46 percent indirect unit Turcas BM Kuyucak Jeotermal 
applies to Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) for the 
revision of pre-license in order to increase installed capacity 
of its Geothermal Electricity Power Plant (GEPP) in Kuyucak, 
Aydin to 18 MW from 13.2 MW
