* Wholly owned unit Turcas Enerji Holding and
Azalternativenerji Limited Company operating under Azerbaijan
Republic Alternative and Renewable Energy Sources Government
Agency (ABEMDA) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU)
* The mentioned MoU will be valid for 3 years starting from
the date of signature
* To collaborate in solar, wind and geothermal power plant
investments in Turkey and Azerbaijan and develop projects
