Mr. Gkhan Ern, the Deputy CEO and Executive Vice President of our Bank in charge of Corporate Banking and Treasury will be resigning from his position as of January 15, 2018. Following Mr. Ern's departure subject to completion of mandatory legal procedures Ms. Ebru Dildar Edin, Executive Vice President of our Bank currently in charge of Project Finance shall assume these responsibilities and shall become the Executive Vice President in charge of Corporate Banking, Project Finance and Treasury. 
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
