Pursuant to the approval of the Capital Markets Board on March 10, 2017 regarding the issuance of all The Chairman of our Board of Directors Mr. Ferit Faik ahenk has notified our Bank that as of September 19, 2017 he would be resigning from the Board of Directors of our Bank and his position as the Chairman of the same, with a view to focus more on the projects of Dou Holding and Dou Group companies. The Board of Directors of our Bank has convened a meeting on September 19, 2017 at which the resignation of Mr. ahenk has been accepted. The Board further resolved to appoint Mr. Sleyman Szen as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors and appointed Mr. Jorge Saenz-Azcunaga Carranza as the new Vice Chairman. The appointment of an alternate member for the vacancy resulting from the resignation will be finalized at a later stage.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
