Appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer

Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of engineered fenestration
components and access solutions to the construction industry, today announces
that Juliette Lowes will assume the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer
("CFO") with immediate effect. She will report into the Board but will not be
appointed as a statutory Board director.

This follows the announcement on 6 April 2023 that Jason Ashton, who until
that point was Chief Financial Officer of Tyman, is now acting as Interim
Chief Executive Officer, following the decision of Jo Hallas to step down as
Chief Executive Officer and Director of Tyman.

Juliette is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been Group Financial
Controller at Tyman for the past five years. Prior to this, she held a variety
of roles at professional services firm PwC.

The process for the selection of a permanent Chief Executive Officer is
progressing and an appointment will be announced in due course.

Jason Ashton, Interim Chief Executive Officer, commented:
