Director Declaration

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Tyman announces that Dr Margaret
Amos, Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee and Non-Executive Director of
the Group, is appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Hunting PLC, a FTSE
All-Share listed global manufacturer of high-quality equipment for the energy
industry, with immediate effect.
