Timing of Tyman 2023 Full Year Results Announcement

Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of engineered components and
access solutions to the construction industry, announces that it will release
its results for the full year ended 31 December 2023 on Thursday, 7 March 2024
at 7.00am GMT.

Tyman will host a meeting and conference call for analysts and investors at
