Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, announces that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended

31 December 2018 ("2018 Annual Report") and the Notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting have been posted or otherwise made available to Shareholders today.
In accordance with LR 9.6.1, these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at  www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
