UK Oil & Gas Investments PLC (LSE AIM/ISDX: UKOG) is saddened to announce the death of Jason Berry, an Executive Director of the Company, following a short illness.
Jason joined the Board in August 2014 and was instrumental in providing a firm financial footing for the early growth of the Company and its now substantial oil and gas portfolio. He brought to the Company his considerable skills and experience as a successful corporate financier and stockbroker.
Stephen Sanderson, UKOG's Executive Chairman, commented:
"We are deeply shocked by this tragic news. Jason's wide-ranging talents, expertise and dedication will be sorely missed by the company and his colleagues. Our thoughts and condolences are now with his family."
