UKOG (AIM: UKOG) announces that the Notice of the Annual General Meeting has today been posted to shareholders of the Company together with Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2015. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 4pm 4 April 2015 at 200 Strand, London WC2R 1DJ.
