UKOG (AIM & NEX: UKOG) announces that the Notice of the Annual General Meeting has today been posted to shareholders of the Company together with Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2016. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 2.30pm on 31 March 2017 at 8th Floor, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EW.
