Stephen Sanderson, Chief Executive Officer, has informed the Company that he
has purchased 865,800 ordinary shares in the Company as set out below.
Following these purchases, Stephen Sanderson owns 4,336,187 ordinary shares,
representing 0.027 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
