UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) is pleased to confirm that copies of
its 2022 AGM notice and forms of proxy have been posted to registered
shareholders today 1(st) June 2022. The AGM will be held on Tuesday 28th June
2022 at 8th Floor, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EW,
United Kingdom.

The notice of the AGM will be made available on the Company's
website www.ukogplc.com (http://www.ukogplc.com/) . The result of the AGM
will be announced shortly after its conclusion and published on the Company's
