its 2023 AGM notice and forms of proxy were posted to registered shareholders
today, 11(th) April 2023. The AGM will be held on Friday 5(th) May 2023 at 8th
Floor, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EW, United
Kingdom.

The AGM notice and subsequent AGM results will both be made available on the
