Result of AGM

The Company announces that all resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual
General Meeting held on 31 July 2023 were duly passed on a poll, including the
special resolutions set out in the notice of meeting.

The results of the poll were as follows:

2  Special resolution

 

On 31 July 2023 the Company had 65,155,980 ordinary shares in issue. Ordinary
shareholders are entitled to one vote per share held.

The resolution to reappoint Neil Johnson as a Director of the Company
(Resolution 1) was withdrawn prior to the Annual General Meeting following his
resignation from the Company on 27 July 2023.
