    * ASTON MARTIN: Aston Martin  AML.L  Chief Financial Officer
Kenneth Gregor will step down due to personal reasons after
about 18 months in the role, the luxury carmaker said.

    * DAILY MAIL: The controlling shareholders of the Daily Mail
publisher, the Rothermere family, increased the cash component
of its offer to buy out other shareholders to 270 pence per

    * SERCO: Serco Group Plc  SRP.L  warned of lower revenue and

    * GSK: GlaxoSmithKline  GSK.L  said that a pre-clinical
analysis of the antibody-based COVID-19 therapy it is developing
