Further re Winding up petition - Hearing adjourned

UniVision (AIM: UVEL), the Hong Kong based group whose principal activities
are the supply, design, installation and maintenance of closed-circuit
television (CCTV) and surveillance systems, and the sale of security related
products, announces that the Winding up petition brought against it by one of
its sub-contractors, namely, KML Engineering Limited, which was first
announced on 28 July 2023, then adjourned by the High Court in Hong Kong on 27
September 2023 and was due to be heard by the High Court on 11 October 2023,
was adjourned again to be heard on 16 October 2023.
