("UniVision", the "Company" or the "Group")

Winding up by the Court and Appointment of Provisional Liquidator

UniVision (AIM: UVEL), the Hong Kong based group whose principal activities
are the supply, design, installation and maintenance of closed-circuit
television (CCTV) and surveillance systems, and the sale of security related
products, announces that the Winding up petition brought against it by one of
its sub-contractors, namely, KML Engineering Limited, which was first
announced on 28 July 2023, was heard by the High Court of Hong Kong SAR
today.

On 16 October 2023, the Company was ordered to be wound up by The High Court
of Hong Kong SAR in HCCW 323/2023 and the Official Receiver was appointed as
the Provisional Liquidator of the Company by virtue of her office.
