    * Says it will buy 600,000 shares of a wind power plant 
located in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju, for business operations  
    * Transaction amount is 3 billion won 
    * Says it will hold 69.7 percent stake(920,000 shares) in 
the wind power plant, after the transaction
