    ** Stock at its highest since Oct. 30; set for third
straight session of gain
    ** Co signs National Distribution & Contracting (NDC) as
distribution partner in the U.S. for its monitoring device
Xprecia Prime
    ** Says clinics and hospitals in the U.S. will have direct
access to its Xprecia Prime via NDC's network under the deal
    ** Stock down 33.8% YTD
