Nov 6 (Reuters) - Universal Resource and Services Ltd  UNIV.SI : 
 * Says group is expected to report a net loss for 3q2015 
 * Says expected net loss for 3q2015 mainly due to Tianjin BPE leases having been expired and not renewed 
 * Subsidiary of the company, had on 30 October 2015, issued two letters of demand to its customers 
 * Management expects that significant impairment will be made in respect of the trade receivables in 3q2015 
 * Says group will also report a loss for nine-month financial period ended 30 September 2015 
 * Group expects to record a loss for FY 2015 unless significant positive developments occur
