ADMISSION OF SHARES

 

Further to the Company's announcements on 28 November 2025, 115,000,000
Ordinary Shares of no par value have been approved for admission to the
Official List (standard listing segment) and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange's Main Market with effect from 8am on 05 December 2025. In respect
of the listing of 15,000,000 shares this date is 3 business days ahead of 10
December 2025, the date announced on 28 November 2025. The Financial Conduct
Authority was able to consider the Application earlier on 4 December 2025.

 

Total voting rights

Following this issue of shares, the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares
in issue will be 1,626,958,048. This figure may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculation to determine if they are required to
notify the Company of their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company's securities in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
