Director, Key Management and Strategic Partner Share Purchases

Upland Resources Limited (LSE: UPL) is pleased to announce that a director and
senior management of the Company and its joint venture partner in Sarawak Big
Oil Ventures sdn bhd have on 24 July 2023 bought a total of 13,333,333
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.6p.

 

PDMR forms are being lodged with the FCA and further information will be
released shortly.
