Upland Resources Limited (LSE: UPL) hereby gives Notice that the 2025 AGM will
be held at 4:00pm BST on 28 July 2025 at the offices of Hill Dickinson LLP,
8(th) floor, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street London EC2A 2EW.

The Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy are being
