UK's Urban Logistics REIT rises on LondonMetric Acquisition Deal

** Shares of real estate firm Urban Logistics REIT SHED.L up 3.7% at 151p, highest since Feb 2, 2023

** Shares of commercial property firm LondonMetric Property LMPL.L down marginally

** LondonMetric Property to acquire entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of SHED for 698.9 million pounds ($925.76 million)

** Under the deal, Urban Logistics' shareholders to receive 0.5612 LondonMetric shares and 42.8p cash per share

** Deal is a 3% premium to SHED stock's closing price on Thursday

** Post-deal, LondonMetric shareholders to hold ~89% & Urban Logistics shareholders ~11% of LondonMetric share capital

** SHED up 47.4%, LMPL up 6.2% YTD
