Urban Logistics announces that Jamie Waldegrave, COO/CFO of the Company's
Investment Adviser Logistics Asset Management LLP, has purchased 9,041 shares
in the Company, at a weighted average price of 110.037 pence per Ordinary
Share.

 

As a result, Jamie Waldegrave's interest in the share capital of the Company
is 26,649 Ordinary Shares.
