US SOLAR FUND PLC (the "Company")

 

Dividend Declaration

 

US Solar Fund plc (LON: USF (USD)/USFP (GBP)) is pleased to announce its Q3
2024 dividend of 0.56 cents per Ordinary Share in line with its annual
dividend target of 2.25 cents per Ordinary Share. The dividend will be paid as
timetabled below:

 o    Ex-Dividend Date: 5 December 2024
 o    Record Date: 6 December 2024
 o    Payment Date: 27 December 2024

 

Of this dividend declared of 0.56 cents per Ordinary Share, none of the
dividend has been designated as an interest distribution.
