Dividend Declaration

 

US Solar Fund plc (LON: USF (USD)/USFP (GBP)) is pleased to announce its Q4
2025 dividend of 0.255 cents per Ordinary Share.

The dividend will be paid as timetabled below:

 o    Ex-Dividend Date: 26 March 2026
 o    Record Date: 27 March 2026
 o    Payment Date: 17 April 2026

 

Of this dividend declared of 0.255 cents per Ordinary Share, 100% of the
