NOTICE OF RESULTS AND INVESTOR PRESENTATION VIA INVESTOR MEET COMPANY

 

US Solar Fund plc, (USF, the Company), will announce its results for the
period to 30 June 2024 on Monday 30 September 2024.

There will be an online presentation for analysts and institutional investors
at 11:00am on Monday 30 September 2024.

Those wishing to join the presentation are asked to register their interest

(mailto:usf@kl-communications.com) ). A link to join the online presentation
will be circulated in advance of the meeting.

 

Retail investor presentation

The Company will also be hosting a presentation for retail investors via the
Investor Meet Company platform at 4pm on 9 October 2024.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before (8 October 2024), or at any time during the live
presentation.

capital growth by owning and operating solar power assets in North America and
