US SOLAR FUND PLC ("USF", the "Company")

Total Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company
notifies the market that as at 28 June 2024, the Company's issued share
capital consisted of 332,192,361 ordinary shares, following the finalisation
of the Tender Offer (announced on 11 June 2024) there are 24,358,974 shares
held in treasury by the Company.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 307,833,387 and
this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the
Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
