US SOLAR FUND PLC (the "Company")

 

Dividend Declaration

 

US Solar Fund plc (LON: USF (USD)/USFP (GBP)) is pleased to announce its Q2
2024 dividend of 0.56 cents per Ordinary Share in line with its annual
dividend target of 2.25 cents per Ordinary Share. The dividend will be paid as
timetabled below:

 o    Ex-Dividend Date: 10 October 2024
 o    Record Date: 11 October 2024
 o    Payment Date: 29 October 2024

 

Of this dividend declared of 0.56 cents per Ordinary Share, 0.32 cents per
Ordinary Share has been designated as an interest distribution while the
remaining 0.24 cents per Ordinary Share will be paid as a dividend.
