Notice of results and further information to be available post results

18 March 2024

US Solar Fund plc, (USF, the Company), will announce its results for the
12-month period ended 31 December 2023 on Monday 25 March 2024.

There will be an online presentation for analysts and institutional investors
at 2pm on Monday 25 March 2024. A link to join the online presentation will be
circulated in advance of the meeting.

Retail investor presentation

The Company will also be hosting a presentation for retail investors via the
Investor Meet Company platform at 3.30pm on Tuesday 26 March 2024.

The presentation will be open to all existing and potential shareholders.
Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Platform dashboard,
up until 9.00am on the day before the meeting. Questions can be submitted at
any time during the live presentation.

Additional information available in April 2024

The Company is currently analysing options available to optimise the Company's
capital structure and improve operational cash flows. These options may
include share buybacks and refinancing of the Company's existing debt.

The Board will provide an update following the conclusion of this analysis,
which is expected before the end of April 2024, and will include the Board's
proposal with respect to the use of proceeds from the sale of Mount Signal 2.
