Notice of results

US Solar Fund plc ('USF', the 'Company'), will announce its results for the
12-month period ended 31 December 2025 on Thursday 19 March 2026.

There will be an online presentation for analysts and institutional investors

Retail investor presentation

USF will also be hosting a presentation for retail investors via the Investor
Meet Company platform at 4pm GMT on Thursday 19 March 2026.

The presentation will be open to all existing and potential shareholders.
