Australia's Uscom rises as product receives Russian certification

** Shares of Uscom Ltd  UCM.AX  rise as much as 6.1% to
A$0.175, their biggest intraday pct gain since July 1
    ** Medical devices maker says its haemodynamic monitor,
USCOM 1A, has received a certification of registration for sale

    ** Says the submission of a Russian certification of two
other devices, BP monitor BP+ and spirometer SpiroSonic, is also
being planned
    ** About 537,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 259,000 shares
