Appointment of advisers

 

The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc ("UEM") is pleased to announce
the appointment of Barclays Bank PLC as its joint corporate broker, alongside
Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited.

 

The Board of UEM is also pleased to announce the appointment of RMS Partners
Limited to help lead investor engagement initiatives with regional
institutions and private client fund managers.

 

Both appointments have been made with immediate effect.
