Second quarterly interim dividend

The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc has declared a second
quarterly interim dividend of 2.15p per ordinary share in respect of the year
ending 31 March 2023, which will be paid on 16 December 2022 to shareholders
on the register on 2 December 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 1 December
2022.
