Net Asset Value: Cum - income   267.20p

 

In light of continued declines in listed EV charging share prices and
headwinds for fund raisings by early stage companies, the valuation of UEM's
investment in Petalite has been reduced by £10.3m (approximately 5.36p per
share) and is reflected in the net asset value as at 23 February 2024 as
stated above.  Following this adjustment, the unlisted investments represent
in aggregate approximately 4% of UEM's portfolio.
