New bank facility

 

The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc is pleased to announce that it
has entered into a £50m multi-currency revolving credit facility agreement
(the "Facility") with Barclays Bank PLC on a secured basis.  The initial term
is one year and the Facility provides that it may be extended from time to
time following agreement between the parties.
