Oct 19 (Reuters) - Beijing is weighing holding up US
chipmaker Broadcom Inc's  AVGO.O  $69 billion acquisition of
cloud software company VMware Inc  VMW.N , the Financial Times
reported on Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.
