acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on
Wednesday:

        ** India's HDFC Bank  HDBK.NS  said that the Reserve
Bank of India had allowed SBI Funds Management Ltd to acquire a

through its largest debt offering to finance its proposed

remedies in an attempt to address EU antitrust concerns about
