audit and consulting units, slamming the brakes on a proposed
overhaul of its businesses that was meant to address regulatory

software maker's sale to Broadcom Inc AVGO.O is on track
despite regulatory reviews.
- Carrier Global Corp CARR.N is working on a plan to sell
or spin off its Fire & Security business segment, which accounts
