 U.S. stock index futures rose on Thursday as Tesla and Netflix kicked U.S.
earnings season into high gear, while Treasury yields eased off multi-year peaks
ahead of remarks from Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell.  .N 
    At 08:39 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.02% at 33,812. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.02% at 4,343, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up
0.17% at 15,050.
