** Company says cancer therapies developer Surface Oncology
Inc SURF.O will exercise its option to license the anti-CCR8
antibody discovered using Vaccinex's ActivMAb antibody discovery

** The antibody therapy, SRF114, selectively depletes tumor
T regulatory cells, or Tregs, which is associated with
resistance to immunotherapy
** Under the terms of the agreement, SURF will pay
technology access and licensing fees, in addition to research
funding; VCNX will qualify for development milestone payments
and royalties
** Up to last close, VCNX stock has more than doubled YTD
