Change of AIFM

 

The Board announces that with effect from 8 September 2024, the Company is
changing its Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) from its wholly owned
subsidiary, Value and Indexed Property Income Services Limited, to OLIM
Property Limited (OLIM Property). There will be no change to the portfolio
management or fee arrangements.

 

OLIM Property is the Company's current delegated Investment Manager. OLIM
Property is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority with
its registered office at 15 Queen Anne's Gate, London SW1H 9BU.
