("Various Eateries" or the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the
"Group")

 

Confirmation of name change to Coppa Collective plc

 

Various Eateries plc, a premium, multi-format hospitality group, confirms
that, further to the announcement made on 6 March 2026, Companies House issued
it with a certificate of incorporation on change of name earlier today and
that the name change from "Various Eateries plc" to "Coppa Collective plc"
became effective immediately upon receipt. Trading in the Company's shares
under the new company name and new ticker symbol "COPC" is expected to
commence at 8.00 a.m. on 25 March 2026. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL remain
unchanged.

 

In conjunction with the name change, the Company's website address is now
www.coppacollective.co.uk (http://www.coppacollective.co.uk) , where all
information required by Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies is available.

 

Shareholders' rights are unaffected by the change and existing share
certificates should be retained and remain valid.
