The Directors have received notice that on 7 March 2022 Tiffany Sword, a
non-executive director of the Company, acquired 56,185 Ordinary Shares in the
Company at a price of 59.85p per share. The total number of shares now held by
Tiffany Sword is 60,372 Ordinary Shares representing 0.07% of the total issued
share capital of the Company.
