Notice of AGM
Dispatch of Report and Accounts
 
The Company confirms that it has today posted to shareholders the annual report and accounts for the 52 weeks ended 27 September 2020, and a notice convening the annual general meeting of the Company. A copy of the annual report and accounts along with the notice of AGM is available on the Company's website (www.variouseateries.co.uk). 
 
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 20 St Thomas Street, London, SE1 9RS on 31 March 2021 at 3.00 p.m. 
 
As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the measures that the UK Government has put in place restricting public gatherings and non-essential travel and for the health and safety of our shareholders, employees, advisers and the general public, the Annual General Meeting this year will be a closed meeting and shareholders will not be able to attend in person. The Company will continue to monitor the restrictions in place in response to COVID-19 and, if circumstances change, an update will be given on the Company's website and an announcement will be made via a Regulatory Information Service.  Given these restrictions in place all shareholders are strongly encouraged to vote by proxy.
 
The Board recognises the importance of communication with its shareholders at the AGM. Accordingly, any shareholders who wish to ask questions are requested to do so in advance of the meeting by emailing variouseateries@almapr.couk before 12.00 pm on 26 March 2021. Answers to questions will be provided directly and made available to view on the Company's website as appropriate following the AGM.
