Notice of AGM

Various Eateries confirms that it has posted to shareholders the annual report
and accounts for the 52 weeks ended 29 September 2024, and a notice convening
the annual general meeting of the Company. A copy of the annual report and
accounts can be accessed on the Company's website at www.variouseateries.co.uk
(http://www.variouseateries.co.uk) .

 

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 1:30 pm on 25 March 2025 at the
offices of Freeths LLP at 1 Vine Street, Mayfair London W1J 0AH.
