Notice of AGM

 

Various Eateries confirms that it will today post to shareholders the annual
report and accounts for the 52 weeks ended 28 September 2025, and a notice
convening the annual general meeting of the Company. A copy of the annual
report and accounts can be accessed on the Company's website at
www.variouseateries.co.uk (http://www.variouseateries.co.uk) .

 

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 12:30 pm on 19 March 2026 at The
Swan at Streatley, High Street, Streatley-on-Thames, Reading, Berkshire, RG8
9HR.
