Result of AGM

 

Various Eateries PLC, the owner, developer and operator of all day club,
restaurant and hotel sites in the United Kingdom, announces that, at the
Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions were duly passed.

 

For information, the proxy votes received in respect of the resolutions
